Lesson Submissions
Student submits completed lessons to the college online, via email or via fax. Graded lessons are returned promptly to student with instructor comments for student review.
Course Completions Time and Extensions
Each semester is one year in length. Successful completion of any semester's lessons will allow commencement of the next semester's coursework. The maximum completion time for the program is ten years.
Grading Policy
Lessons are graded on a scale of 1-100.
Transfer Policy
Transfer students are accepted. Candidates must submit an official transcript or a copy of one from each college, university, or technical institute previously attended. Credits for college-level work earned by military personnel, life experience for subjects in general education, computer, and electronic engineering technologies may be accepted.

Courses are approved for VA benefits.

Special Information
Student must own or have access to a personal computer for at least 10 hours a week.
Computer Requirements:
IBM compatibles with 640K of RAM or higher.
For courses PHY351 or PHY352, a 386 or better, with Windows, will be needed.
Two floppy disk drives or one floppy with a hard drive. A hard drive is recommended for ease of operation.
CGA, MCGA, EGA, VGA or Hercules graphics cards. Monitor should match graphics card.
I/O Card, 2 Serial, 1 Parallel Port.
DOS 5.0 or above. Dot matrix printer (Epson compatible). For better quality output, a laser printer is recommended.
Mouse (Microsoft compatible) - mouse is strongly recommended.
